The response contains transaction_id. Paste it into the viewer while it is in the mempool: the viewer waits for it to confirm and then switches to the permanent coin ID link. Any coin ID from that transaction also works.

Notes on limits & fees

Chia sets no size limit on memos themselves. The limits are cost-based: every byte in a transaction costs 12,000 units, and the mempool accepts at most 5,500,000,000 per transaction (half the 11 billion block limit). That allows about 457 KB of memo in total. Fees are optional while the mempool is not full; once it is full, the minimum is about 5 mojo per cost unit, or 60,000 mojo per memo byte. Large memos (over ~100 KB) take up a big share of a block and may wait longer to be included. The estimates here assume a simple one-input XCH send.
